Our Team

Wolf Kennedy is a team of designers and strategists focused on building brand systems across digital and physical environments. Our work combines strategy, identity, and experience design to create brands that are clear, adaptable, and built for long-term growth.

The studio is led by senior creative and strategy leadership working closely across every engagement, from early planning through execution.

Omar M.

Creative Director

Omar leads creative direction at Wolf Kennedy, shaping brand systems across identity, digital platforms, and real-world environments. With over two decades of experience working with organizations such as IBM, Victoria’s Secret, and Novavax, his work focuses on translating strategy into clear, durable design systems.

His practice spans visual identity, wayfinding and signage, digital brand expression, and experiential design—ensuring brand systems remain coherent as they move across platforms and scales. Grounded in both 2D and 3D design, Omar approaches creative leadership as a balance of structure and intuition, with close attention to how work is encountered and used.

The result is brand work that feels intentional, cohesive, and built to endure.

Rich L.

Lead Strategist

Rich brings a practical, decision-driven perspective to Wolf Kennedy’s work, guiding brand systems from early definition through long-term application. With over a decade of experience leading agency engagements, he focuses on where strategy creates real momentum—and where complexity or misalignment can undermine it.

His role is to pressure-test assumptions early, ensuring brand decisions are grounded in audience behavior, business context, and clear priorities. By aligning strategy with how organizations grow and operate, he helps shape systems that are not only compelling, but durable.

The result is work that remains clear, relevant, and durable over time.
