IBM + AECOM Brand Proposal Decks

Challenge
IBM Global Services faced the high-stakes task of closing large, complex enterprise deals—often exceeding $11M–opportunities with no room for ambiguity or miscommunication. These engagements required a pitch experience that could translate intricate technical capabilities into clear, compelling value for prospective clients. The challenge was to create a visual and narrative framework that elevated IBM’s proposals, strengthened executive communication, and provided a competitive edge in a landscape where precision, clarity, and persuasion are essential.

Approach
Integrated into a multidisciplinary team, we brought a design-driven methodology that transformed IBM’s complex service offerings into clear, intuitive, and visually cohesive stories. Working alongside strategists, writers, technologists, and senior executives, we developed bespoke presentation materials—from custom iconography and UI design to mobile app prototypes (including the prototype for Hertz’s current app), infographics, and editorial layouts. This creative framework enabled IBM teams to articulate features, advantages, and business outcomes with heightened clarity and confidence. Every visual element was crafted to support executive storytelling and strengthen IBM’s position as a trusted partner for enterprise transformation.

Outcome
The refined pitch experience significantly elevated IBM’s ability to communicate complex value propositions and accelerated the decision-making process for prospective clients. As a partner of IBM’s America’s Deal Squad, we contributed to a 70% win rate on major pursuits, helping secure more than $200M in new business revenue within a single calendar year. The creative program became a trusted asset for sales executives, reinforcing IBM’s leadership and credibility in high-value enterprise engagements.
